How to measure for vestments

 A: Neck
Size of neck on a shirt that fits well, or measure your shirt collar from the center of top button hole.
  B: Sleeve
With arm bent, measure from center back of neck, over shoulder, around elbow to wrist bone.
Instruction guide on how to measure for liturgical vestments C: Chest
Measure the fullest part of chest, keeping a finger between tape and body.
D: Heigh
In stocking feet with heels against the wall, measure from neck to floor.
E: Waist
Measure the fullest part of the waist, keeping a finger between the tape and body.
A to E:
Measure from the back of your neck to your waist.
E to F: Waist to Ankle
Measure from your waist to your ankle.
  G to H:
Measure across the shoulders until the drop of the arms.
  Head for Mitres:
Measure the circumference of your head.
